Thanks for choosing Creditcheckcanada.ca pre-rental background checks. A  proof of property of the place to rent must be sent to us by email by the landlord to info@creditcheckcanada.ca such as the taxes account , the purchase promise or a notary document that shows the landlord’s name and the address of the place to rent.  

If you wish to do the  Previous landlord references or the Rental references of the employer, please advise your tenant to totally fill out all the fields of the online electronic signature consent form or of the printable consent  form, if he has not done it yet.

The electronical signature  consent form  will be sent directly to our office and  our PDF consent form must be  print ,manually  signed and send by email to info@creditcheckcanada.ca  

Creditcheckcanada.ca will treat your tenant check request, on the same day.  You will receive our  detailed report by email  If you have not received the results of our tenant checks within a maximum of 12 business hours, please consult the SPAM folder of your emails because your email filter may have blocked it.
